iSydney · reusable architecture
iInstitution
Reference Prototype v0.1
Extracted from a real institution, not invented in isolation

Institute X → iInstitute X

Bring your own Reality—publications, people, projects, datasets, instruments, questions, evidence and history—and inherit the same Passport, Relationship, Explorer, Navigator, Journey, Evidence, Memory, Self-Observation and Reality Return architecture.

Reference Implementation #001: iCIDM proves the architecture against a real scientific institution. iInstitution is the reusable layer extracted from it.

The five placement questions

1 · Principle

Why must it behave this way?

Reality First, Reality Return, evidence boundaries, inheritance before reinvention.

2 · Reality Metabolism

Where is it in the cycle?

Observation → representation → memory → relationships → exploration → questions → action → Reality′.

3 · OS capability

Is it reusable machinery?

Passport, Explorer, Navigator, Journey, Evidence, Thinking Space, Museum, self-observation.

4 · Reference implementation

Where do we prove it?

Use a real institution or domain to demonstrate the common architecture under real constraints.

5 · Population package

What Reality is represented?

People, papers, words, characters, questions, theories, pathogens, technologies, datasets, instruments.

Anti-fragmentation

Classification before creation

Inheritance before extension. Extension before duplication. New architecture only when Reality requires it.

Reusable institutional genome

Object→Passport→Relationship→Evidence→Memory→Explorer→Navigator→Journey→Self-Observation→Question→Reality Return

Copy / instantiate

This minimal package shows what another institution needs to replace; the architecture stays the same.

Public prototype rule

See first, build follows. Every important architectural idea should become observable on the website whenever possible: a page, Passport, Explorer route, Navigator journey, evidence view, reusable schema, or working experiment—not merely prose stored in chat.
