CIDM Knowledge District

The first evidence-grounded expansion of iSydney's Westmead district. It uses the existing CIDM publication-analysis workbook as a real source layer and prepares the City for publication-level object import, relationship navigation, knowledge reuse and future-question discovery.

Inheritance rule: CIDM is a reference implementation of the same SIOD/SIRD/SIRS/passport architecture already used elsewhere in the City—not a parallel database design.
2,231curated CIDM publications
2,525unique records across full workbook
1,214papers in 2015–2026 (54.6%)
12source workbook sheets

Knowledge cycle

Clinical / scientific reality→Publications→CKID objects→Relationships→Explorer→Questions & reuse→New research→Reality
New operational view

CIDM Explorer

Start with the real corpus-level evidence now, then progressively expose publication, pathogen, technology, investigator, capability and future-question objects as canonical records are imported.

Research identity

Technology evolution

Culture → molecular diagnostics → sequencing/WGS → knowledge intelligence is already represented in the prior CIDM architecture and can become a navigable timeline.

Reuse

Beyond bibliometrics

The source workbook supports a shift from “what was published?” toward “what knowledge, datasets, capabilities and future questions can be reused?”

Source-grounded signals already available

COVID / respiratory

245 title-keyword publications in the source analysis.

AMR / antimicrobial

224 title-keyword publications in the source analysis.

1995–2026

A three-decade corpus suitable for timeline, technology, pathogen, capability and institutional-memory views.
