One-page User Guide
CIDM Beta is a living, versioned scientific Observatory. The current working publication corpus contains 2,231 publications. It can be corrected, expanded and reclassified as new evidence and colleague feedback arrive.
Find a publication
Use the Publication Explorer to search title, author, PMID, DOI, journal, year, theme, pathogen or technology.
Follow the object
Open a publication to see its Passport, relationships, evidence route and source-derived boundary.
Publication → Passport → Relationship → Evidence → Source
CIDM / CIDM-PH
Inclusion is evidence-led and paper-specific. A current employer elsewhere does not remove a historical CIDM/CIDM-PH affiliation. External collaboration alone does not establish CIDM/CIDM-PH membership.
Author & colleague feedback
Tell us if a paper is missing, an affiliation is wrong, an author identity/contact is wrong, a source needs correction, or a new paper should be considered.
Living update
Feedback enters a source/evidence check. A correction may be accepted, held as unresolved, or preserved as disagreement. Warranted changes propagate to the controlled data layer and affected views.
Connected outputs
The publication corpus can feed the existing CIDM manuscript, figures, tables and keynote. Quantitative views should be regenerated or reconciled from the controlled data source rather than independently retyped.
Database ↔ Paper ↔ Figures ↔ Tables ↔ PPT ↔ Observatory
Observed ≠ candidate ≠ reviewed ≠ validated. Citation does not automatically mean evidence. UNKNOWN, HOLD and unresolved states are legitimate results and remain visible.
CIDM-PH Reality Return
Support is not required. We welcome criticism, correction, disagreement and suggestions. Start with your papers and iReview, then tell us anything you notice anywhere in iCIDM.
Feedback → source check → evidence/status review → warranted correction → versioned update.
Open the Reality Return route →Open the complete iCIDM Resource Browser → — inspect individual files without decompressing the package.
