# C508 / iC-See Scientific Library v0.3 — Recovery Note

This release extends v0.2 without modifying the protected iCIDM + website parent ZIP.

New recovery focus:
- Whole508 8P discovery/freeze gate
- HG11 frozen canonical writeback
- Reality Return RR20/RR40 recovery ledger
- Paper 3 figure/table backbone
- Paper 3 working presentation deck

Scientific boundaries:
- 508 × 8 = 4,064 is an opportunity denominator, not a claim that every cell has an equally complete phenotype.
- P3 and P4 are recorded as 508/508 Human-Gated frozen complete in the recovered discovery gate; other probes retain their own archival/source ceilings.
- Historical C504/RR assets retain their original names and denominators.
- RR20-B contains provenance-incomplete case labels; these are preserved as unrecovered rather than reconstructed.
- Human-Gate acceptance/writeback does not imply theory truth, endorsement, or bridge closure.
