# Immutable parent rule

The preserved iCIDM + website v1.4 Windows-safe ZIP is an immutable reality anchor.
C508 Library work is performed in a separate working tree/package.
No source website ZIP is edited in place or overwritten.
Integration occurs only into a new version after QA.
