Reality remains the control. The Library is curated, not complete. Living drafts may grow, branch, merge or hybridise; earlier states remain Scientific Memory. Unknown/GREY/HOLD are preserved rather than forced into certainty.

508 canonical addresses are not 508 equivalent theories. Historical denominators remain historical scientific states. A citation is not evidence; source return and evidence ceilings remain part of the scientific gate.
