Repeated-title boundary
12 repeated normalized-title groups remain isolated for expert review. 2 groups share the same DOI and deserve highest duplicate scrutiny. No automatic deletion has been performed.
Canonical-source boundary
Universal Object Index is the canonical corpus. Universal Explorer and My CIDM have the final three evidence resolutions synchronized. Publication Explorer, Navigator and Knowledge Journeys still contain release-frozen derived copies with different schemas. They are acceptable for closed beta but must move to a canonical build/generator before broader institutional release.
Decision
CLOSED BETA CANDIDATE: YES, with known limitations. Public/institutional release remains gated by hosting, privacy/security/governance, source-level sampling, repeated-title review and canonical generator migration.
