The final three records were resolved against PubMed/NCBI evidence rather than guessed. PMID 20409371 is Emerging Infectious Diseases; PMID 32296544 is Virus Evolution; PMID 41489883 is a chapter in GARDP Antimicrobial Viewpoints [Internet], so its container is explicitly represented as a book/internet work rather than pretending it is a journal article.

Repeated titles

The 12 normalized repeated-title groups remain isolated for record-by-record review. Because their PMIDs are distinct, they are not automatically deleted as duplicates.

Canonical corpus synchronization

The audit now identifies page-specific/frozen publication copies. The release architecture should increasingly make universal_object_index the canonical source and regenerate derived views from it. This is a maintainability issue, not a reason to alter evidence manually.
