Evidence Chain Observatory
For the first time, flagship institutional statements are represented as inspectable Claim Passports with candidate publication evidence, explicit boundaries, review gates and routes back to figures, tables, journeys and Reference Passports.
Why this matters
A conventional review asks the reader to trust the prose and bibliography. The iCIDM Living Review lets the reader inspect the road between a statement and its evidence. Discovery remains broad; narrative promotion remains governed.
Molecular diagnostics as a durable CIDM capability
Across the publication corpus, molecular diagnostics appears as a recurrent observational capability rather than a single episode.
Recurrence in a publication corpus supports persistence of a research/diagnostic signal, but institutional capability promotion still requires reviewed historical and operational evidence.

Genomics / WGS as an emergent observation window
Sequencing and WGS expanded the corpus' technology population and provide a candidate institutional-learning story about changes in what could be observed.
Chronological appearance does not prove simple technological replacement or causal institutional evolution; overlaps and context must be preserved.

Publications as reusable scientific memory
The 2,231-publication corpus can be treated as a recoverable institutional memory population from which methods, evidence, relationships and questions may be reconstructed.
A publication describes scientific work but does not guarantee that the underlying dataset, isolate, method implementation or capability remains available today.
