# iSydney Website v2.3 — Public Prototype / Reuse Patch

This patch is designed to be copied into the existing iSydney website directory.

## New pages
- `consciousness_observatory.html` — Observer Principle, CQ-001, state/perturbation population, evidence-boundary matrix, SELF/AI experiments.
- `iinstitution_reference.html` — reusable iInstitution architecture and minimal instantiation schema.
- `index.html` — v2.3 landing page patch linking both new public gateways.

## Reuse rule
Do not create a new subsystem merely because a new population or domain appears.
Classify first: Principle → Reality Metabolism → OS Capability → Reference Implementation → Population Package.

## Public-copy goal
A visitor should be able to:
1. observe the architecture;
2. inspect a real reference implementation;
3. understand evidence boundaries;
4. copy a minimal schema;
5. replace the population with their own Reality;
6. return outputs to Reality for testing.

## Consciousness safety / evidence rule
NDEs, psychedelic states, meditation, dreaming, sleep, anaesthesia and disorders of consciousness are represented as phenomena or perturbation/state populations. Reports, measurements, inference, theory, philosophical/cultural interpretation and unknown/contested claims are kept distinct.

## Architectural boundary
Intelligence != consciousness != language != self-observation != agency.
Capability alone is not evidence of consciousness.
\n## Website v2.4 integration\n- Reality Metabolism Live Map on homepage.\n- Five public doors: Reality / Question / Institution / Language / Observer.\n- Living System Pulse exposes Objects, Questions, Unknowns, Experiments and Revisions.\n- Copy-this-architecture links iInstitution to iCIDM Reference Implementation #001.\n- No parallel subsystem created.\n
## Public Journey #001
- `public_reality_journey.html`: Question → Evidence → Unknown → Experiment → Reality Return.
- Demonstrates epistemic labels KNOWN / UNCERTAIN / CONTESTED / UNKNOWN / UNASKED / STALE.
- Uses iCIDM as RI-001; no new subsystem.
